Coating labels
In order to maintain their completeness and readability, we can add protective label coating or layers on top of your printed data. By lamination with transparent films, we will minimize the risks of label failure because of tears or contamination.
For individual applications such as painting or surface treatments of the product after labelling, we have designed the cover labels. These are simple and efficient coatings that can be removed right after the process is finished, in order to reveal again the information label.

Laminated labels
Laminated labels are recommended for items that are constantly being handled and require mechanical and chemical protection. The transparent topcoat, obtained through lamination, protects the labels from different environmental conditions such as stains, tears, moisture and other hazards that can damage both their aspect and content. Even if the labels are contaminated, they will be clean again after wiping with solvents or other specific substances.
Due to the sealing effect, the protective laminated layer makes the printed image remain permanently legible and the colors to last more.
By selecting special films, we can create durable decorative look labels that are an economic alternative to metal signs.
Cover labels
Industrial environments such as automotive or electronics require data protection for the already labelled product that passes through paint or powder coating processes.
Our cover labels help you to protect the identification labels, acting like a housing during product surface treatment. These removable labels consist of a multi-layer film construction with an integrated pull tab that allows them to be grabbed and detached after use.
Once the paint drying process is finished, the protective cover can be easily peeled off and the product identification label is visible again.
We can offer this solution not only for common painting processes, but also for applications with specific, critical temperature ranges or extreme stresses on the materials.
3D design labels
Also called doming labels, 3D design labels feature unique attractive appearance that can effectively increase your brand visibility. Apart from the visual impression, these resin labels are noticeable by the tactile effect as well, due to the surface coating that is applied after printing. The softness and thickness of the transparent resin coating can be adjusted to your specific requirements. Apart from using an ultra-clear resin, we can also coat with colored resins or even implement smells.
Beyond its decorative look, 3D doming labels bear UV, weather and chemicals resistance, which makes them highly suitable for both inside and outside use.
Front and keyboard panels overlays
Products such as keyboard and front panel overlay refer to non-removable graphic overlays that provide unique identification to machinery control panels or to products with operating elements. The labelling print is fully enclosed behind the face material, so graphics are protected from abrasion, contamination and weathering. We can add UV inhibitors to our material selection to increase label life in outdoor or high-light applications.
Such function labelling parts are fully customizable to comprise both efficient and attractive appearance. The face material is opaque and the inner layers cannot be seen. The upper layer can be provided with die cut holes for buttons or for displays or LED, or transparent and illuminated windows with adhesive-free zones.
